The process consists of the following steps:

  • Preparation and positioning of the pre-glued chips on the forming station;
  • Forming and pre-pressing;
  • Main pressing process;
  • Transportation of the raw boards from the press facility.

Main structures — steel frame of columns and beams. External walls — RC precast sandwich panels. Foundation — in-situ pile caps and foundation beams with the RC precast driven piles. Press pit foundation — in-situ RS foundation slab with the RC precast driven piles. Floor slab — in-situ RC ground bearing slab. Pits and electrical manholes — in-situ RC; Pedestals and piers for equipment and conveyors — in-situ RC.

Object: Forming line

Location: Kronospan OSB Factory. Production Area.
Function: Forming, pre-pressing, preparation for pressing, transportation.
Forming line length — 75m.

Description: Equipment installed on in-situ RC pedestals with the foundation of in-situ RC ground bearing slab.
