During this process the chips from the wet bins storages and strander facility are proceeded for drying, sorting and screening before transportation to dry bins storages, glue preparation and forming facility.

The process consists of the following steps:

  • Transportation of the chips to dryers;
  • Drying;
  • Screening;
  • Rejection of the chips;
  • Emergency dump;

Transportation of the chips to the preparation, storage and gluing facility.

Description: Equipment installed on in-situ RC pedestals with the foundation of in-situ RC pile caps and precast RC precast driven piles.
Equipment: Steel structures for supports.

Function: Drying of the wet chips

Wet material is fed via rotary valve into the rotating drum. Heat is transferred mainly through convection into the material. Drum Dryer separates the dried material with cyclones from the air stream. Air discharge is made via the chimney.

Description: Equipment installed on in-situ RC pedestals with the foundation of in-situ RC slab/pile caps and precast RC precast driven piles.
Equipment: Drum Dyers.
