History

Engineering company Clancy Engineering has been working in Russia since 2008. Throughout previous 10 years, during great building binge, John Mark Clancy, founder and general director of Clancy Engineering, had worked in O’Connor Sutton Cronin (OCSC).

During the building binge in Ireland, there has been built more buildings, apartments, offices, shopping centers, hospitals, roads and other infrastructure facilities than in Moscow during the same period. Design group OCSC was taking part in most of these projects.

Experience and qualification received in OCSC helped to open office with a team of Russian and Irish engineers in Moscow in 2002. In 2008 it became apparent that it was necessary to develop the whole design team in Moscow, to have the opportunity to fully adjust international concept developments to Russian norms and standards, as well as international. However, OCSC decided not to increase productivity of their office in Moscow.

Consequently, the team, built around John Mark, has become the team of Clancy Engineering. Throughout our 10-year history, we have developed a wide range of projects: high-rise buildings and complex building developments, scientific and cultural centers, the largest shopping and entertainment centers, the largest industrial facilities all over the Russian Federation – from Saint-Petersburg up to Vladivostok.

International experience of our team includes design works for all types of buildings in Ireland, Great Britain, Poland, Canada, Rumania, Australia, the USA and the Near East.

Our goal is to make your projects come true.
